Congratulations to Mr. Tyler Parker, 9th grade English teacher at Veterans Tribute Career and Technical Academy, for being named Mercedes in the Morning's January 2019 Teacher of the Month! Mr. Parker was nominated by his student Makenna! One thing about Mr. Parker that really stood out to Makenna was how he asked each student on the first day of school to write him a letter about their life and struggles.
